- An engineer by training (and inclination), I have made quality improvement my professional raison d'etre. Starting in the early 90's and carrying throught to the present day, I have seen, read about, studied, practiced, and evaluated most of the tools and trends. I hope that I can share things of value that will ease and shorten the path of those who follow.
